Terms of Service

Lite NSFW Detector (the "Service") is operated by Lite Lake (轻湖). By using the Service you agree to this Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable use

The Service scores images for NSFW (pornographic/exposing) content. You must not use it to process illegal content, any content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery. We may revoke access (including API keys and accounts) in case of abuse.

2. No warranty on scores

Scores and decisions are SUGGESTIONS produced by a machine-learning model with the thresholds shown in each response — they are not a verdict, not a legal judgement, and may be wrong. Thresholds may be recalibrated at any time; always store model_version alongside scores. You are solely responsible for the actions you take based on the results.

3. Privacy

Images are analyzed in memory and NEVER stored. We do not keep image fingerprints in the usage database. For anonymous calls we store only a salted daily hash of the caller IP (never the raw IP); for logged-in calls we store the account identifier and call counts. Never send images you are not allowed to process.

4. Availability & changes

The free tiers are provided as-is, without availability guarantees. We may change quotas, limits or endpoints with notice on the product site. A 503 response means the result is unknown — never treat it as "safe".

5. Miscellaneous

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Continued use after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance.
