LiteNsfwDetector Terms of Service

What changed: first release (Stage 1b pilot finalisation).

Important notice: These terms form the agreement between you and Xiamen Jingdu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") regarding LiteNsfwDetector (the "Service"). Please read the bold clauses carefully. By using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

• The Service provides image content-safety (NSFW: pornographic/exposing) detection: you submit one image and receive a probability score plus a suggested decision (allow / review / block), through a web tool, a REST API and an Agent Skill.
• Forms covered: nsfwdetector.litelake.cn / nsfwdetector.litelake.com and the public API.
• Quotas, limits and prices are governed by the Pricing page (viewable without signing in), which is the sole authority on those matters.

2. Accounts

• The Service supports anonymous use. To obtain higher quotas, API keys and order management, you need to register and sign in to a Lite Lake account (phone number/email; where the sign-in page offers third-party accounts, the page controls). We receive only the information needed for authentication and do not obtain your third-party password.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if they are compromised. For security reasons, we may temporarily freeze an account that appears to be at risk or require re-verification.
• Account cancellation: you may apply for cancellation through the Lite Lake User Center or by contacting us by email; we will process it within 15 business days, after which account information will be deleted or anonymised (except where laws or regulations require retention).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate laws or regulations, or infringe the lawful rights of others (including intellectual property, portrait and privacy rights);
• submit or disseminate unlawful or harmful information; you must not use the Service to process content that is unlawful (including sexual content involving minors and non-consensual intimate imagery);
• use the detection feature to invade other people's privacy (for example processing someone's portrait or private content without their consent);
• interfere with the normal operation of the Service, including bypassing quotas, abusing the API, generating fraudulent traffic, or attacking or probing systems;
• engage in any other use prohibited by law or these terms.

If you breach these rules, we may rate-limit, suspend or terminate the Service (including revoking API keys and accounts), and you are liable for any resulting loss.

4. Data you submit

• You retain all rights in the data you submit. To provide and maintain the features you request, you grant us a limited licence to process that data for the current detection run and for necessary security auditing; the licence ends when that processing is complete.
• Please do not submit content you do not wish to be processed, and never send images you are not allowed to process.
• You are responsible for the legality of, and your rights in, the content you submit.

5. Paid services

• The Service is currently free of charge (anonymous and free registered tiers; the Pro tier is invite-only during beta — see the Pricing page for the quotas of each tier). If we introduce paid offerings in the future, we will announce them in advance with clear pricing, and that page will remain the sole authority on prices; any payment will continue to follow the one-time purchase model — we do not provide auto-renewal and never charge automatically.

6. API and automated access

• Using the API requires a self-service API key from the account page; your key is your identity credential — keep it safe, and you can reset or revoke it at any time.
• Quotas and rate limits are governed by the Pricing page and the API documentation; sharing keys to evade quotas, bypassing rate limits and abusive automation are prohibited.
• How submitted content is processed is described in the Privacy Policy; when the Service returns an error (such as a timeout or 503) the result is unknown and must never be treated as "safe"; the API may change or be retired as the Service evolves, and we will announce such changes as far in advance as possible.

7. Artificial intelligence features

• Detection results (probability scores and suggested decisions) are algorithmic output, for auxiliary reference only — they are not a definitive judgement of any person or content; you are responsible for the actions you take based on the results.
• Scoring thresholds may be recalibrated as the Service is tuned; if you keep results, store the threshold in effect at the time alongside the score.
• You are responsible for the legality of, and your rights in, the content you submit.

8. Changes, interruptions and termination

• The Service (including free features) may change, pause or terminate due to upgrades, maintenance or operational adjustments; we will announce this in a reasonable manner. The Service is not an irreplaceable part of your workflow — please maintain your own fallback and human-review arrangements.
• You may stop using the Service at any time; account cancellation channels are described in the Privacy Policy, §7.
• After the agreement terminates, clauses that should survive by their nature (such as API usage rules, disclaimers and liability limits, and governing law) remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, defect-free, or fully meet your expectations.
• To the extent permitted by law, for property damage caused by our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service during the period giving rise to the loss (if any); this clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
• We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure or by failures of third-party services (payment, sign-in, networks), but we will reasonably assist you in asserting claims against those third parties.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a suit before a people's court with jurisdiction where Xiamen Jingdu Network Technology Co., Ltd. is located. This clause does not affect your right to other legal remedies.

11. Miscellaneous

• Notices: important notices are made through on-site announcements, email or in-app prompts.
• If any part of these terms is invalid, the remaining parts stay in effect.
• Entire agreement: these terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement; the Pricing page forms part of it.
• Language: for nsfwdetector.litelake.cn the Chinese version controls; for nsfwdetector.litelake.com the English version controls.
