LiteNsfwDetector Privacy Policy

What changed: first release (Stage 1b pilot finalisation).

Notice: This policy explains how LiteNsfwDetector (the "Service") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information. Please pay special attention to the bold clauses; if you have questions, reach us via Contact.

1. Who we are

• The Service is operated by Xiamen Jingdu Network Technology Co., Ltd. (company website: gentleltd.cn), which is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
• Personal information protection email: official@biz.gentleltd.cn.
• Scope: this policy applies to all use of the Service through nsfwdetector.litelake.cn / nsfwdetector.litelake.com and its public API, including the web tool, the REST API and the Agent Skill.

2. What information we collect

We follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and good faith and only collect the information necessary to provide the features:

We do not actively collect sensitive personal information such as ID card numbers, biometric data or financial accounts, and we do not ask for information unrelated to the Service's features.

3. Specific notice on sensitive personal information

Images you upload when using the detection feature may contain sensitive personal information (for example private photos of a person). For such processing:

• We process an image only when you actively select and submit it for detection; that consent covers only the detection of the image you submitted and is never bundled with other features of the Service;
• How it is processed: the image is analysed in memory for the current request only — it is discarded once processing completes; no image is stored and no image fingerprints are kept in the database;
• If you do not want this processing, simply do not submit an image (nothing else on the Service is affected); because images are not stored, there is normally no stored image to delete; if you believe a call left an unusual record, contact us by the email below so we can verify and handle it.

4. How we use information

• Purposes: providing and maintaining the features you request (image detection scores and suggested decisions, quota accounting, API key management, abuse prevention); keeping the Service secure and preventing abuse; necessary service operating statistics.
• Legal basis: necessary for performing the service agreement between you and us, or based on your consent.
• Payments, orders and plan entitlements are handled by the Lite Lake user center; the Service currently has no paid plans.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising targeting.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

• We use necessary cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and language preferences.
• To understand how the Service runs, troubleshoot problems and improve the experience, we use a self-built analytics system; its event payloads never contain image content, image hashes, raw IP addresses or full scores (scores are reported only as buckets roughly 0.1 wide), and are never used for third-party advertising targeting.
• You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings; closing cookies may affect session-dependent features such as signing in, but anonymous use of the web tool and the API is not affected.

6. Storage and security

• Storage location: personal information of the Service is stored and processed entirely within the People's Republic of China.
• Retention periods:
  • Images you upload: kept in memory only for the current detection, never written to a database; released once processing completes.
  • Quota counters: anonymous calls are counted by a salted daily hash of the IP address (the raw IP is never stored), valid for the day and expiring automatically; signed-in calls are counted by account.
  • Account information and API keys: for as long as your account exists; deleted or anonymised within 15 days after cancellation.
  • Sign-in session records: for the life of the session, up to 365 days, then cleaned up; related authentication/audit records are cleaned on a 90-day retention schedule.
  • Service operating logs (request time, route, status code, request identifier): kept under container log rotation (10MB × 3 files) and overwritten on a rolling basis.
• Security measures: transport encryption (HTTPS) and least-privilege access. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will inform you and report to the competent authorities as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may email official@biz.gentleltd.cn (subject: "LiteNsfwDetector Privacy Request") to access, copy, correct, supplement or delete your information, withdraw consent, cancel your account, or request data portability. We will respond within 15 business days. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it; refusing or withdrawing consent will not affect your use of features that do not require that information. Anonymous calls leave no records that can be traced back to you, so those rights can only reach data actually associated with your account.

8. Protection of minors

The Service is not directed to minors. Children under 14 must not register or submit personal information; if a guardian finds that a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

9. Artificial intelligence features

• Images you submit are used only for the current detection run (detection scoring and suggested decision) and are discarded once processing completes; no image is stored.
• Detection results are algorithmic output, for auxiliary reference only, and do not constitute a definitive characterisation of any person or content (see the Terms of Service).
• You are responsible for the legality of, and your rights in, the content you submit.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time and will publish revisions on this page. For material changes (changes to collection scope, purposes or recipients) we will notify you through on-site announcements; where laws and regulations require renewed consent, we will obtain it as required.
